Indian Territorial Army (TA) is conducting recruitment rallies across various zones for the enrollment of Soldier General Duty (GD), Soldier Technical, Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical (SKT), Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Tradesman (10th Pass), and Soldier Tradesman (8th Pass). A total of 1426 vacancies are available for eligible male candidates. Interested candidates can attend the recruitment rally at the specified location and date for their respective zone.

  • Minimum Age: 17.5 Years (17 Years 6 Months).
  • Maximum Age: 21 Years.

Soldier General Duty (GD) 1088 Class 10th Matric pass with 45% aggregate marks and 33% in each subject.
Soldier Technical 22 10+2 Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical (SKT) 122 10+2 Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
Soldier Nursing Assistant 12 10+2 Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with Minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
Soldier Tradesman (10th Pass) 142 Class 10th Simple Pass. Should have scored min 33% in each subject. (Trades: Chef, Washerman, Dresser, Steward, Tailor, Support Staff)
Soldier Tradesman (8th Pass) 40 Class 8th Simple Pass. Should have scored min 33% in each subject. (Trades: House Keeper, Mess Keeper)

How to Participate in the Rally

  1. Download and carefully read the official notification for your Zone (Link Below).
  2. Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria including age, education, and physical standards.
  3. Identify the correct rally location and date applicable to your district/state.
  4. Report to the rally site on the specified date early in the morning.
  5. Carry all original documents mentioned in the notification (Admit Card if applicable, Education Certificates, Domicile, Caste, Character Certificate, Relationship Certificate if any, NCC Certificate if any, Sports Certificate if any, Affidavit, Photographs, etc.) along with photocopies.
  6. Candidates will undergo Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Medical Examination, and potentially a Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for selected candidates.
