Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the notification for the recruitment of various Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) – Graduate Level posts under CEN 06/2025. A total of 5810 vacancies are available for posts like Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Senior Clerk cum Typist, etc. Interested candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree can apply online from 21 October 2025 to 20 November 2025.

Application Fee

  • Gen / OBC / EWS: ₹ 500/- (₹400 Refundable*)
  • SC / ST / ExS / Female / Minority / EBC / Transgender: ₹ 250/- (₹250 Refundable*)
  • *Refund after appearing in CBT-1 Exam by deducting bank charges.
  • Pay fee via Online Mode (Net Banking, Card, UPI).

Age Limit (as on 01/07/2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years.
  • Maximum Age: 33 Years.
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per RRB rules.

Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Traffic Assistant, Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist 5810 Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University in India.
(Typing proficiency required for JAA, Sr Clerk posts; CBAT required for Station Master, Traffic Assistant posts). Refer Notification for post-wise medical standards.

Selection Process

The recruitment process involves the following stages:

  1. First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-1).
  2. Second Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2).
  3. Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) – for Station Master & Traffic Assistant only.
  4. Typing Skill Test (TST) – for Junior Account Assistant cum Typist & Senior Clerk cum Typist only.
  5. Document Verification (DV).
  6. Medical Examination (ME).
