National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), under Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), has extended the last date for submitting online applications for various Teaching (PGT, TGT) and Non-Teaching (Hostel Warden, Accountant, JSA, Lab Attendant) posts through the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE) 2025. A total of 7267 vacancies are available. Interested candidates can now apply online until 31 October 2025.

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) 3690 Bachelor’s Degree in Related Subject with 50% Marks, B.Ed Degree, CTET Paper II Exam Passed.
Accountant 361 Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) 759 10+2 Intermediate Exam Passed. English Typing 35 WPM OR Hindi Typing 30 WPM.
Lab Attendant 373 Class 10th High School with Diploma / Certificate in Laboratory Technique OR 10+2 Intermediate with Science Stream.
Hostel Warden (Male/Female) 669 Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream.

Selection Process

Selection will be through the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE-2025) which involves an OMR based (Pen-Paper) test, Interview (for Principal only), Skill Test (for Non-Teaching posts where applicable), and Document Verification.
