Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has started the Online Counselling (Choice Filling) process for admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course for the 2025-2027 session. Candidates who qualified in the Bihar D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Test 2025 can now register and fill their college choices online.

  • Exam Date: 26 Aug – 27 Sept 2025
  • Result Declared: 26/11/2025
  • Counselling Registration: 29/11/2025 to 05/12/2025
  • 1st Merit List: 11/12/2025
  • 1st Round Admission: 11-18 Dec 2025
  • 2nd Merit List: 21/12/2025

Counselling Fee

  • UR / EWS / BC / EBC: ₹ 500/-
  • SC / ST / Divyang: ₹ 350/-
  • Pay fee via Online Mode (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking).

Eligibility for Counselling

  • Candidates must have Qualified in the Bihar D.El.Ed Joint Entrance Test (JET) 2025.
  • Passed Class 12th (Intermediate) with at least 50% marks (45% for Reserved Categories).
  • Must possess a valid Score Card / Rank Card of D.El.Ed 2025.


Counselling Process & Documents

Steps for Online Counselling:

  1. Registration: Log in using Roll Number and Date of Birth on the official portal.
  2. Choice Filling: Select preferred colleges (Govt/Private) from the list.
  3. Payment: Pay the non-refundable counselling fee online.
  4. Locking: Lock your choices before the last date.
  5. Seat Allotment: Check the Merit List on the scheduled date.

Documents Required for Admission:

  • D.El.Ed Admit Card & Score Card 2025.
  • Class 10th & 12th Marksheet and Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  • Domicile Certificate (Residential Proof).
  • Aadhar Card & Photos.
  • Seat Allotment Letter (after merit list).
